“If you are reading this, then you are probably where we were once; ready to do a remodel, but you have no idea who to hire to do the work!
We were a little lucky before meeting Dan of DMB Builders because we had met two other contractors. The first guy wanted a mid-five-figure fee just to recreate the blueprints for the entire house pre-remodel, and then another set reflecting the proposed remodel. The second guy was a slick talker that gave us a quote for double what Dan proposed.
We were incredibly lucky when we met Dan as he is calmly confident about what he knows he can do and speaks plainly about any detail that he feels will require additional exploration. His quote was easy to understand. His suppliers had products we liked. He started when he said. His crew is amazing. Dan kept us well informed. The team often sought us out to get confirmation on details. And to top it off, DMB Builders finished a bit earlier than expected!
Our project included demo, framing, drywall, plumbing (major and minor), electrical (major and minor), flooring, tile, countertops, doors, cabinets, lighting, painting, etc.!
DMB Builders did an excellent job for us!”
