“This is the first time that we have used a professional dog trainer for one of our dogs. Our goal was to have a dog well-behaved in public, socialized with people and other dogs that could be off leash with confidence. From our first meeting Rob listened to our needs and asked a lot of questions about our household as well as our dog’s personality. It was clear he is patient but firm and wants both the dogs and their humans to be successful. Our dog has made tremendous progress, and I have learned a lot on how to handle and communicate with him. I love the atmosphere of the training sessions and look forward to each one.
