Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working at the end of June during a heat wave. The company we bought our air conditioner from came out the next day and told us that to repair all the things that were wrong with our 16 year old air conditioner would cost more than $4,000. He recommended we replace our heater and air conditioner for between $11,000 and $18,000. Our neighbor recommended we call Rich at Clarke's Heating & Air. Rich came the next day and had our air conditioner working in 15 minutes. All that was needed was a new capacitor which cost $147.47. We were very impressed with Rich's knowledge and honesty and will call him first in the future.

Rich is super friendly, super conscientious and gave us great service. The freon ran out on my grandparents' apartment in the middle of summer. Rich made a huge effort despite his tremendously busy schedule to make it all the way out to Davis to make sure my grandparents were taken care of in the summer heat. We are super grateful and highly recommend his service! Thank you!
