Since Dependable installed my HVAC five years ago, I've been super-impressed with them. Just today, they took on an exceptional challenge with good humor and professionalism. Their office staff also went the extra mile. Thumbs up for Dependable--they live up to their name!

i'm writing this review to say i appreciate how this company came out the following morning and fixed me and my husband's a.c unit i beleave they replaced a compasator my issue is that my husband was very kind to the technician as he is to every one else he meets but for some reason this technician was very rude and short with my husband because he was the technician on call for the weekend he complained he had and hour drive to our place for 15 minutes of work my husband ask him a question about our a.c unit and he replied back with a snappy what and a rude no i think the technician "james" attitude was very rude and uncalled for we already have a nuff bad things going...read full review
