Jacob was tremendous. He explained what he was finding in our dysfunctional furnace as he was sleuthing what was going on. We were also considering a heat pump system and he asked us all the questions to help us determine what direction to go in choosing a unit for our needs. Great technician and salesperson!

This was our first experience with Greiner & it was extremely positive. Our technician, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable, & thorough during the check-up of our heating system. His explanation of recommended services was understandable. Great example of customer service. We are happy to sign-up for the MVP program and to have the necessary repair and preventative maintenance performed as well as the replacement of our thermostat with a smart version that we requested.

Thank you Nick for carefully completing all paperwork, measurements, etc. for my new Heat pump water heater. I wanted to go electric so the tax credit which pays for the cost of the system was an excellent value. Also, Nick repaired the igniter and flame sensor which were not functioning properly. Nick was knowledgeable and explained the repair thoroughly. I appreciate his help today. Great job!
