Greiner has really great employees in all the different roles. I find they are VERY informative and help by showing a lot of pictures of your system and going over whatever technical information you would like. I want to under the "why" of doing things a certain way. Learning and support are super important to me. I do subscribe to their monthly MVP plan which is great - you get some services free and faster service when things go wrong. Daniel took care of my AC today and gave some important ideas about ways to keep the whole system safer.

We returned to Greiner for our HVAC maintenance after trying another company - they are by far the best out there! Office people are helpful and on top of things. And Nick, the technician who came out to do the work, was thorough, friendly and super-informative.

Greiner is the only heating and air company that I will use in this area. From the office to the installers, they are knowledgeable, offer excellent service, do good work and are extremely professional. Nick really helped me by explaining in detail what my system needed for maintenance and longevity. I give him a 10 for communication and knowledge so important to customers! Since I have been using Greiner, my system has been in tip top shape which has relieved my stress about AC in the summer! The filter system the fabricated last year really helped my allergies!
