I cannot say enough good things about Qual-Tech AC & Heating and their technician, Christian. After being without AC for two months, I had already gone through four different AC companies, none of which could figure out the problem. To make matters worse, I kept being told my unit was an Inverter system that they didn’t know how to work on.
Christian showed up and immediately recognized what all the other companies had missed — my system is not an Inverter AC, but a regular system with a circuit board that allows for variable speed startup. I needed to arrange a furnace installation for my elderly mother. I’m in Montana, she’s in California. Working with Qualtech couldn’t have been easier. They sent a tech to evaluate the system. We discussed the options and scheduled the installation. My mom was very happy with the process. Communications with the company were excellent. Very satisfied
We had some duct work that needed to be performed. After calling Qualtech, they sent someone out the next day. The estimator Omar was thorough, patient, friendly and provided a very reasonable estimate. The repairs began the next day and the installers Elijah and Erie were prompt, friendly, professional and took time to explain the installation. I think that I finally found a reliable, reasonable and quality HVAC contractor.
