“The job got off a bit roughly when they were late, but they called to explain that one of their electricians had called in sick and they were scrambling to cover all the scheduled jobs. They offered to reschedule me for the following morning or later that same day. I chose later that day and Derek showed up as promised and completed the job in half the time they originally estimated. Everything looked and worked great and the invoice they sent over email that evening was exactly as promised. Everyone at S&B Electric was polite, professional and friendly. “I reside in the east bay and was in the market for a whole home generator to assist with frequently scheduled brown outs / general power outages. After receiving several in-home surveys + estimates from various companies (some majorly trying to up-sell me on their large cap generators) I decided to go with TJ. TJ was punctual, knowledgeable, not overly pushy, and his pricing was reasonable. I explained my needs and he supplied me with several options while explaining the pros and cons to each. Ultimately decided to go with a portable generator which his crew was able to hardwire into the house. It works great! Total project time took 2 days. After install, he gave me a crash course on generator use + maintenance and even provided an easy to understand instruction binder with a crate of additional accessories. “Very professional and excellent service done by Mr Sarkany of Snell Electric. No beating around the bush , he explained to us what needed to be done when we needed a new converter box. We appreciate him coming over all the way from the East Bay to the Peninsula at such short notice.
