I booked 3 adult lessons and the day of test review/assistance. Phillip, the driving instructor is patient and thorough. He knows how to teach and has very in-depth knowledge about driving in the Bay Area. He makes sure that you are skilled and confident before taking the test. He gave good tips ans I was able to pass the 1st time. Not only does he make sure you are ready for the test day, he also makes sure that you are comfortable to drive beyond the test (freeway, parking, backing, driving, etc). I was very scared on my first day, but now I feel more safe and secure with driving. The driving lessons were well worth the time and money. I would definitely recommend Phillip and Manila Bay Area and Fil-Am Driving to anyone looking for driving lessons.”
