“I called American Quality Care the evening of Sunday, May 11th simply to inquire about their services "in case I needed them". Little did I know how much I would need them after lifting my Mom into bed the next day and putting my back out. I called them at 10am and by 2pm the same day, our ***angel*** Eugenie arrived! “Dr. Katherine is dedicated to her practice and her patients in a way that I have never experienced from a medical professional. I came to her when I was 6 weeks post partum, as someone who had a high risk pregnancy, due to a car accident a few years ago that damaged many of my organs. “Brightstar is very professional and all the staff that we had the pleasure to meet were very helpful and kind. Four stars because we did ask for a caregiver without an accent, because my mother has hearing loss. Brightstar still sent caregivers with strong accents. This made it hard for my mother to communicate. That being said, we stopped service because my mother no longer needed care. Should we need this kind of care again we will call Brightstar Thank you for your care and support“

They are professional, caring, patient, friendly, and they are skilled in meeting specific needs of the patient.
