“Brightstar is very professional and all the staff that we had the pleasure to meet were very helpful and kind. Four stars because we did ask for a caregiver without an accent, because my mother has hearing loss. Brightstar still sent caregivers with strong accents. This made it hard for my mother to communicate. That being said, we stopped service because my mother no longer needed care. Should we need this kind of care again we will call Brightstar Thank you for your care and support“

“I called American Quality Care the evening of Sunday, May 11th simply to inquire about their services "in case I needed them". Little did I know how much I would need them after lifting my Mom into bed the next day and putting my back out. I called them at 10am and by 2pm the same day, our ***angel*** Eugenie arrived! She walked right in and we were immediately blessed. We breathed another sigh of relief when Annie, Eugenie's weekend replacement, was just as perfect. “I was unsure about the company at first, my dad was placed with a social worker for housing with this place , the start was rough, he was assigned to his housing case manager Brittany. Brittany was able to get my dad housed within a month and not only did she get him housed she checked on my dad daily beyond her duties , today will Be my dad’s last day with Ms Brittany and I would love to say thank you for being the kind hearted person and thank you for all your help. They are professional, caring, patient, friendly, and they are skilled in meeting specific needs of the patient. We currently have one specific caregiver but we have utilized a couple different caregivers in the beginning before we had a set schedule.
