“My manicure was very good. I am pleased with the results. Two things that were concerning:<br>1. At one point a second woman wanted to help with the gel manicure by filing and shaping my nails. She started to communicate with the first woman who I expected to do the entire manicure. Being concerned about the end result, I requested only the first woman do the complete job. They complied.<br>2. More concerning—-I said I would tip in cash and pay the $50 manicure fee on my credit card. I went to the restroom. When I came out, a $15 tip was added onto my credit card without permission. I was taken aback. I said I would tip customary 20% tip of $10.00. They gave me back $5.00 cash but I did feel adding a 30% tip initially was not right.<br>I may return, but all transactions going forward will be strictly in cadh”
