Sony did a great job on my brows.
I wanted something masculine yet clean and she got the job done. As a man, I just needed a brow clean up; didn't want to go too thin or else you will get the wrong effect. Sony was very detailed, patience, and technical with her craft. I left there with a clean masculine look.

I've been coming here for years, and have always been satisfied with my eyebrows, but after today, I think I'm done. Not because I'm unhappy with how my eyebrows turned out, but because hygiene is clearly not a concern to the employees anymore. My threader finished the woman before me, handled her phone, handled cash, touched her own face, touched her phone AGAIN, and then without any hand sanitizer, came at me like she was ready to go. I asked to use the sanitizer for myself, and only then did she decide to use some. Also, they used to at least pretend to wipe the headrests down in between customers or cover them with a tissue, but not anymore! I may be more of a germaphobe than most, but that's gross even by normal people standards.
I have been coming to Shapes Brow Bar monthly for many years to get facial and brow threading. I really appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail with which Sony threads my face and brows. Sony is patient and professional and seems genuinely interested in my satisfaction with her work. I am able to look at my face after she's done to make sure I am happy with the end result which I always am.
