They accept insurance and really pack your hour with a combo of massage and challenging exercise that has helped me recover quickly from hip, ankle and shoulder surgery. I also take balance therapy there. First 1/2 hr you’re with the senior PT, then last 1/2 hr a Tech runs you through a series of tough exercise reps. Totally professional. Best PT I’ve ever used!“

“I had such a great experience with Blake Physical Therapy from January of 2026 until the middle of June 2026 following two knee surgeries and a neck and shoulder problem. Sarah and Brad did my intakes and made me very comfortable from the very beginning. My main PT through the six month was Jin. He was so patient, informative, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better care. I am not the easiest person to work with as I think I can do more than I should as I recover from surgery. Overdoing set me back a couple times but Jin was consistent in telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing in a kind and nurturing manner. And then there was Rueben who assisted Jin. I absolutely love his friendliness, humor and caring. He took me through the majority of exercises that a were often taxing but his spirit made it all a fun experience. Bella came to Blake part way through my time there and as a beginner, she quickly fit in with the same friendly, helpful and fun spirit. While recovering from surgery and going through PT can be taxing at times, Jin, Reuben and Bella made the time great. I had a wonderful experience there and will miss them. I also need to put in a really positive addition about Jasmine, the secretary who made my appointments, greeted me when I came in and was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They were all amazing and I will definitely recommend Blake to any of my family of friends who might need PT. Actually my son-in-law who had worked with Brad and Reuben and was equally impressed is who recommended them to me.“

“I had such a great experience at The Balance Lab Physical Therapy and Fitness. Justin was absolutely amazing. He performed the Epley maneuver for me and made a huge difference in how I was feeling. I came in with BPPV and was honestly really struggling, but he took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was happening and how the treatment would help.

What really stood out was how accommodating he was. My symptoms were pretty severe, and he made sure to fit me into his schedule, which I truly appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them feel better as quickly as possible.

“I've been under PT Andrew's excellent care for 2 months for my shoulder after rotator cuff repair. I felt very confident with his stretching and strengthening program and have been making great progress. Carlos is also great- strengthening in the gym and treating with ice and stim.
