Julia and Micah are amazing! For many years I've had constant back pain and prior to going to Blake PT, I've gone to many different chiropractors and PT practices that only helped with temporary relief. I feel like Blake PT was the only place that really catered the exercises to my specific situation and actually pinpointed the right areas I needed to work on. I no longer have back pain and feel that I have a better understanding of what stretches/exercises I need to do daily.
