Highly Recommend!! I was very nervous having never tried acupuncture before but Rochelle made me feel very comfortable right away with lavender oil and eucalyptus oils. She was very gentle and I barely felt anything and I have a low pain tolerance. I even tried cupping which didn't hurt either! Felt great after, don't hesitate and go!

Rochelle is AMAZING!! I started coming to Silicon Beach Acupuncture & Wellness months ago with severely chronic lower back and hip pain, and now I am moving better than ever.When you first arrive she takes the time to discuss in-depth your issues and goes over a plan on how she will alleviate it. She is very kind and answers any and all questions to ease any fears or worries. When I made my first appointment with Rochelle, I was dealing with a great amount of anxiety. I was scared, and anxious, felt alone, and didn't know what to do. A friend then referred me over to Rochelle and said acupuncture could help with what I was going through (as it did with her). The first day I walked into the office I didn't know what to expect. Rochelle sat down with me, was so kind, and took her time asking questions to ensure she was catering the session to my personal needs.
