Evolution Fitness - Playa Vista

I started coming about a month ago for their fitness classes, after I hurt my sholder. Since I've started attending the classes, my sholder has been improving and I feel myself getting overall stronger. It's been a great time, t he staff is friendly, and I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.

I suffered a spinal injury on Labor Day...I was so scared that my new-ish active lifestyle was over. But after a few weeks to identify the cause I was sent to Evolution Therapy! I have no words to describe the determination of the therapists who want to get me back to my original strength or better! I truly Love Natalia and David for pushing me to have confidence in each move. Everyone from the front desk and in the gym are friendly and inviting! I have a ways to go....but I know that I'll get there with this team!

I saw Bo because of a rock climbing shoulder injury that just would not go away. The exercises and stretches he showed me have made the biggest difference, not just in rehabbing my shoulder, but also in my posture overall. Also because Bo is a climber himself he had really great insights that I think a non-climber wouldn't have had. Also, it helps that Bo has a really awesome positive energy, is really fun, and funny! Bo also took the time to explain the shoulder anatomy so I would understand just what was going on in there.
