I've been a trainee of Steve Zim for about 5 years and I've been waiting for this. I used to make plans out of the books. I saw amazing results, so I kept it up. Having the app / site now is so much easier to track progress, and see technique. For instance, I had not been doing goal posts quite right, but the app shows videos, so I was able to correct my form on those. Every one has an option to swap out for home or gym, so it's easy to use no matter what my day is like. Wish I'd had this over covid shutdowns!

I was excited to try out A Tighter U and my partner and I were lucky to get an hour workout with celebrity trainer and owner Steve Zim. The gym is set up ergonomically with the direct tvs above the machines so you do not hunch when working out. Steve introduced us to his own versions of lifting and stretching that produce more precise results than traditional activities. He was able to isolate certain muscles more accurately and even added in some humor while we did our reps. Been coming here for 6 months now. This place is amazing. Everybody is super nice. Steve is a lovely human being and it's like a little community. Love this place. It is a small space so it's important to be cognizant of that during your fitness routines. But this place is amazing. The trainers are super sweet and my fiancé trains with Ben and is very happy.
