“Love this place! I went here a long time ago and I explained to the gentleman what I wanted, but wasn’t clear about what I was trying to say. NOT because he didn’t understand me, but because I wasn’t doing a great job explaining it to him. Instead of just nodding his head and proceed, he said he would have Cindy look after me. That is being customer-oriented! What A LOT of customers fail (badly) to realize is that you may bring in a pic of a hairstyle and demand that cut, but if your hair texture won’t support it, or requires curling, etc, then it is not going to look like what you wanted and then blame the stylist ? I have not been anywhere since. I love her! Once she wasn’t there and I desperately needed a hair cut, so I had the other lady help me and she just did an excellent job. I’m always wary of reviews where the stylist is blamed because the customer’s hair isn’t identical to a photo.“

“Bryce did my brows 3 years ago and they are still like new. I got the nano-realism service and it has simplified my life so much. No brow pencils needed, and I can follow her lines and pluck my own to keep the shape. As a busy mom I don’t make time for regular brow waxing and although the waxes are better (more precise shaping, getting rid of peach fuzz, thinning, etc) I went 10 MONTHS without a wax and didn’t realize it until I booked for a vacation.
