NOT because he didn’t understand me, but because I wasn’t doing a great job explaining it to him. Instead of just nodding his head and proceed, he said he would have Cindy look after me. That is being customer-oriented! What A LOT of customers fail (badly) to realize is that you may bring in a pic of a hairstyle and demand that cut, but if your hair texture won’t support it, or requires curling, etc, then it is not going to look like what you wanted and then blame the stylist ? I have not been anywhere since. I love her! Once she wasn’t there and I desperately needed a hair cut, so I had the other lady help me and she just did an excellent job. I’m always wary of reviews where the stylist is blamed because the customer’s hair isn’t identical to a photo.“
