Highly professional signature volume lash full set and semi permanent ombre eyebrow services provided with top-tier products. The owner, Chakay, provided personalized services based on my skin needs and desires. Friendly customer service with care. She gave detailed instructions for the best post care along with a kit of products to use at home. Centrally located off San Pablo Avenue. Clean bathroom readily available for use.
