8/20/2025 Ruben did an excellent job removing and replacing the water heater. H
e went the extra mile by pumping most of the water out of the basement making my clean up process much easier and faster. He came back the next day to address a side effect of shutting off the water, namely addressing the lack of hot water and low pressure in the kitchen. Ruben is personable, friendly and explains what he is doing and what results to expect. Definitely a 5 Star Employee!

We had many issues in the manufactured
Home that was built 30 + years ago. Alex came out and literally solved each problem in a very efficient way. Removal of toilet, cleaning, installing new toilet and supply lines, repair of shower leak.
He also fixed a second toilet that we had been trying to fix for a week - he of course did it in under 30 minutes.
All while being super friendly .
And when we went to Ace hardware in CC , Alex talked with the sales guy to make sure we got the right part. Some guys can have the attitude that you’re a silly woman if you don’t know the names of things, so I can’t say enough how respectful and helpful our experience was.
So grateful they came out to Klamath Glen .

I was extremely pleased with the roofing services provided by Red Sky Roofing. From start to finish, they were professional, timely, and efficient. The crew arrived on schedule, completed the work as promised, and made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

At this Thanksgiving time we felt compelled to comment on Doc. We've been visiting Dr. Mark since he came to Crescent City 15 yrs. ago. He's a friend after this length of time! We can always count on him to help with our fur babies: from being newbies to death, he's been there for us. We are truly GRATEFUL and want him to know it! He is more busy than ever with there being only 2 Vet's left in town. He can't give the clients as much gabbing time due to this fact, he is just so weighed down with so many pets needing help. We appreciate any time he can give. Just want people to know he's not being rude or anything like that: he's marvelous, he's just swamped and I think he figures its more important to give more pets needed care than spend time gabbing with owners. It's cool. We understand and are sooo grateful!!!!!

They did a great job she removed the dead hair from my golden retriever and preserved the beautiful feathers. My Norwegian Elkhound she removed all the dead undercoat and she looks beautiful. Her prices are reasonable too. The owner was awesome working with me as I described what I needed for grooming to get the desired results. This was my first experience with a groomer in a long time but I’m happy with her work.
