Debbie was 15 out of 10!She bent over backward for us. We started looking in Crescent City and did a lot of online searching for 6 months before getting in touch with Debbie. When we first talked to Debbie we were already in the process of selling our house in another state. So the idea of finding,buying and closing all together seemed impossible. Debbie did a great job of sorting through our options with us and made the purchase process very smooth. The outcome has been fantastic for us. Both properties closed on the same day without any delays.If we ever choose to to move or relocate Debbie is the only agent we will call.

I was selling my house while living in Oregon and Debbie was my agent for the process. She was very helpful and kind and made sure things were in order as soon as they could be (lots of complications for my sell). In the end the whole process was very smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything being done. Debbie was also kind enough to offer various things to help me get through our long (nearly 6 month escrow, not of Debbie's fault) and trying process of selling.I would definitely work with Debbie again if I need to buy or sell in Crescent City in the future.
