After making the decision to make a move from Arizona to Brookings Oregon, our next step was to find a realtor to work with; not knowing a soul in Brookings to help us with a referral. After doing an exhaustive search and many reviews later, as luck would have it, we found a listing for a property that would work for us in making the transition. Though we had not yet secured a realtor, we reached out to the broker representing the seller at 11:00pm (not realizing the late hour) and Marie responded back almost immediately. We met Marie at the house the next afternoon. We felt like we knew her forever and she made us feel so comfortable that even if we did not secure this property, we realized that we had found our realtor for a future purchase. With the market being extremely competitive, Marie even helped us in formulating an offer that ultimately helped us land the deal. From day one through the entire escrow process, Marie was always professional, accessible, and she and her team member, Jennifer McDonald, responded almost immediately to our questions and kept us fully apprised of the progress from initial offer, through coordinating the inspection, to closing. It was one of the smoothest escrow processes that we have ever been through; especially impressive since we were handling it from out of state. I would highly recommend Marie and her team to anyone beginning their search for a realtor. Western Pacific Tree Service, Inc., did tree removal work for us and we we wanted to say how were impressed we were with their expertise in bringing down all the trees in the lot we had purchased. Western Pacific Tree Service not only took the trees down, they took the roots out. I don’t remember whether there was an extra charge for the root removal, but if there was, it was well worth it. The trees were old and roots deeply entrenched. The lot is now nicely cleared and ready to build on whenever we or our family member decides to do so. We are grateful for the quick and thorough job Western Pacific Tree Service completed for us. We are happy to share our experience with their work done for us. Mac and Esther McGinty

I highly recommend Brookings Harbor Physical Therapy. I shattered my wrist several years ago, and I could barely touch my thumb to my other fingers. Tara really pushed me during our sessions, and I have regained about 95% of my range of motion and 100% of my strength and dexterity in my left hand/wrist. I was unable to work for 6 months due to this injury. A hand specialist in the Bay Area was amazed at my range of motion and low level of pain when she examined my wrist and compared it to my x-rays and CT scans. I owe all the credit to Tara (and Rhonda, and traveling PTs when she took time off). The office staff is helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and you know that they care about you as a person. Again, I highly recommend this office if you need physical therapy, and I will always go back if I am ever in need again.

We have never had to call an insurance claim before. Our bar room flooded about a third of the hardwood oak flooring was messed up. Palm Industries was recommended by a friend and it was a great thing we did. Nathan Eells came out the next morning after our flood and within an hour a crew came and did there thing and it was incredible. The crew was kind friendly and trustworthy. The technician Mike called me every day when he was on his way to check on things. Great communication makes a great relationship and palm Industries was the best. Thank you guys for being top notch. I totally love my hair done my hair by maygun. She cuts hair inside wild hare barber and tattoo. Megan is amazing she listen to how you want your hair and makes sure your good and also puts her talent into in and she is so talented.
