Ricardo and I finally got a chance to talk things out and it was an unfortunate misunderstanding, which can happen in businesses that have employees. We are all good and I now reccomend Wood's Plumbing

Had a plumbing issue. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They solved my issue quickly and charged almost a 100$ less than quoted price. I am a satisfied customer.

Excellent, super fast service! While others had a week or two before I could be scheduled, Woods got us taken care of within 24 hours! Service tech was very friendly, respectful, communicative, and quick. 2 toilet angle stop valves and hoses were installed in 20 minutes or so. My new go-to plumbers!!!!
