They go above and beyond to achieve the desired results, making every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. The salon's welcoming environment and friendly staff make customers feel comfortable and valued.
The salon itself is nice, but unfortunately my experience with the owner, Monique, was disappointing. . It appeared she was going through a breakup and was hungover, as her personal conversations were out in the open for everyone to hear. It created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. I expected a much more welcoming and professional environment especially since she was the owner.
Gisselle SAVED my hair in an emergency. She was so patient and did an incredible job with my difficult hair. She made every effort and I could not be more grateful for the end result! Another stylist and the owner of the salon also helped. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I will be returning to Gisselle for future coloring and cuts! My mom and I booked here for next day appointments as we had previously come to the salon when it was called Lavish. It sounds like there is new owners and I was pleased to see that they now carry Oribe (it has been several years since our last visit here). I just needed a blow out and my mom needed her color redone. The shampoo portion of the blow out was wonderful! Anna really got into my scalp and did a double cleanse. My mom's color was a little complicated as she had grey roots coming through her highlighted orangey toned hair. We were paired with Anna and she did not disappoint.
