Disclosure- I am a CA Life Lic Agent that sells families Pre Need Funeral plans for these mortuaries.With that said, this location in Covina assisted with a family member at the time of need and were extremely helpful. Appreciate everything the staff did, thank you.
If I could I would give this place six stars,they went above and beyond helping my family in a time of need.I would like to personally like to thank Ms. Brenda Ortegawho really put in extra effort into a lot of the small details that made my family's experience in this difficult time a very beautiful & memorable event.
Although we didn't have services there. My family bought a package cremation. Years back, We had all the paperwork done and expencene paid. Which made it so much easier on our mind and broken hearts at time of passing.
