We lost our Sister-in-law in February and our Neptune facility could not have made it any easier for our brother to deal with the loss. Then we lost him just last month in July, it was so very difficult but all the staff made sure his wishes were taken care of. As a family loosing two loved ones within 5 months of each other it has been difficult but this part of the journey has been seamless and The group at Neptune made sure we were comfortable with their treatment of our loved ones. Also they took care of getting the paperwork corrected for their internment at supplied the flag for the Honors Ceremony.
