“After a video session in which Penny gathered information about my pup's history and behaviors, Penny met up with me and my dog for a second session at a public park. She was a great coach and teacher. She helped me read my dog's body language, cues and behaviors as we walked through a park where there were kids, ducks, loud trucks, teenagers, and other dogs.
