“I've been delaying my review of Wren because I'm struggling to put its excellence into words. Wren is exacctttly what Costa Mesa has been missing. This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it.“

“I am super low maintenance when it comes to my hair, but knew it was time for a refresh. I was in great hands with Annie. You can tell she has a wide range with cutting different hairstyles, but I chose a simple shoulder length cut since I wanted an easier transition for when I eventually cut a shorter bob.

She is super knowledgeable about how to protect and take care of hair. My hair turned out great, just they way I had requested. Thank you Annie!“

I was hesitant and worried about finding the right place since my skin if so sensitive, however after having my first appointment with Ellie, I knew I was going to start seeing changes in my skin. I booked my first appointment not knowing what to have done since I’m new to the world of facials and while I was in my appointment, Ellie helped explains the different facials, the pricing and the benefits for each facial. After she explained each facial, I decided to do the hydro facial and oh my goodness my skin loved it! At my second appointment I did a dermabrasion oxygen facial (I think that’s what it’s called) and my skin just feels so amazing! I have two more appointments before my wedding but I know this is something I will be counting even afterwards with the help of Ellie! “Omg seriously one of the most beautiful locations that I saw on line outta all the massage places around. I booked 2 90 minute massages w herbal balls. Wasn't a disappointment i freaking loved everything about the massage and location. Rooms do get a bit cold but the woman giving my massage gave me an extra sweet to keep me warm. I spent almost 300 bucks for both massages but well worth every penny. It's nice for a couples massage because they can leave the rooms open to accommodate 2. Anyway establishment was very clean and very authentic decor its a must check out and a great gift idea or great date idea. Thanks“

“This is an incredible place. I had a massage and a facial, and both were very high-end spa quality for an insanely low price. This is an amazing place with great therapists and estheticians, and a very affordable monthly membership program (and you can cancel at any time, no contract!). Not to be missed if you live in the Newport or Costa Mesa area!“
