I took my glasses in to have the nose pads replaced, and even though the repair required very fine technical work (I had damaged some screws), Sue Optical had my glasses ready for pickup less than 48 hours after dropping them off. High quality work, great prices, very fast service.
The Costco glasses area suggested Sur optical as a place that can repair frames and glasses. I’ve used them in the past successfully personally. This time my child can’t see without them, and had unfortunately bent the hinge hardware. Sue was able to fix these within 2 hours so my child didn’t have to go without being able to see for long. She was compassionate, professional, and reliable! We are grateful!
