I've been to 5 offices over the last 8 years and i have to say... South Coast Optometry has one of the friendliest, supportive and knowledgeable staffs and Dr. From first walking in i was immediately greeted and treated with zero pressure. They did a thorough exam and Dr Yoo explained everything clearly. Customer service wise...phenomenal. Which is truly rare nowadays. 10/10 would recommend if i had any friends.
Dr. Quon and his staff are the best bar none. Parking is convenient and free. The staff, led by Sheila, is always welcoming and friendly. They always call me by name which makes the greeting more personal. Prior to seeing the doctor one of technicians performs several high-tech eye tests. I have been seeing Dr. Quon for over 10 years. The highest compliment I can give him is that I completely trust him with my sight. I have multiple eye issues and Dr. Quon has addressed each one and given me the best vision of my life!! His passion to serve his patients is commendable and evident at every visit. If you want the best possible eye care, go to South Coast Optometry.
Dr. Yoo and his staff go above and beyond in their helpfulness, knowledge, and professionalism. The doctor took time to explain his diagnosis and informed me about my eye interesting things I hadn't heard before. Overall a great experience. I'm so glad I found them.
