I cannot recommend training with DB enough! From our first session, it was apparent that I was in very capable hands. DB has an impressive knowledge of fitness and health; but also provides unique perspective as a life coach, helping me to achieve goals both in and out of the gym.His workouts are tailored to my capabilities / fitness goals, and DB always encourages me to push beyond my limits while ensuring safety as top priority. D.B. is an amazing trainer. He has really stepped up my fitness strength and abilities. His workouts are challenging and personalized. He motivates me to achieve more than I think I can do. Not only is he knowledgeable about fitness and training but he is incredibly intuitive and supportive. He knows when I'm having an off day and cares about what else is going on in my life. DB has a level of energy that's contagious! It's really motivating and when I started, results came within a month. The training is challenging, and he knows exactly when to raise the bar. Most importantly, he has worked with me on my ongoing ankle injury and even recommended a PT that is facilitating quicker healing than ever before. This is my guy for fitness!
