“I took my down jacket to Miller Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When I dropped it off the jacket was unzipped. When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and enclosed in plastic and somehow the zipper tab was broken. They kindly offered to fix it and I thought that was fantastic customer support. That was a quick resolution to the problem. I believe the tab somehow broke off during the cleaning process.
