Ever since they altered a dress for a wedding one day before I was supposed to fly out for it, I've been a loyal fan of Young's Cleaners and Alterations. Their alterations are crisp and precise and leave you feeling fresh and new. I've had Anthropologie dresses with what I think are challenging fabrics to work with (like mesh) and had them tailor made to fit my proportions. Which isn't easy, considering I'm plus size with a belly. But I always feel totally fab afterwards.
I don't think they really make them as tough as the woman who works here anymore. She's definitely up there in age, but has a work ethic unlike anything I've seen often.I brought about five or six jackets in over the last few years for her to alter and she's always done a great job.Definitely deserves the support.Service: Alterations
Needed to have sleeves shortened on a new $150 blazer. Quotes from others were around $65, more than I wanted to spend for this item. Young's did an excellent job for $35, and it was ready in the time promised.
