This store has increasingly poor management. I shop here frequently to buy a wide variety of improvement supplies. The store could be improved in the following ways: -Add more heavy duty carts (lumber, masonry etc.) After arriving in the parking I now try to follow another customer out of the store with the type of cart that I want and then take the cart directly from them. Maybe this is what the managers want, but it adds 10 minutes to my shopping experience. -Put more people on the cashier lines. The self checkout is great. I like to do self-checkout when I have small items. But big and bulky stuff? There is always a line of people trying to buy lumber etc.. The "Pro Services" desk says they are only for for phone orders. Really? There are typically a large number of younger employees standing around at self-checkout chatting. I can understand one or two to help lost customers or to prevent theft, but please get the others on cashier lines.
The quality and workmanship is tops. With in 6 weeks we had two new sliding doors and six windows installed. Including permit the price point was very fair and the windows look great.
Dareisha ( not sure if I spelled right) was super helpful making paint for me this morning. Answering questions and walking me through the best choices. She was efficient, friendly, and genuine. Hard to find customer service like that these days.
