Earlier today, I visited La-Z-Boy store in Gordon Madera, with a view of purchasing a replacement chair for one that gave up the ghost recently. I had occasion to deal with the sales person named Zora, who I found to be very personable and knowledgeable concerning the recliner, I was interested in. The experience was very positive and I would have no hesitation and recommending family members or friends to the Corte Madera Library. again the experience was a very positive one for me.
This review is only for my most recent experience this week, as I’ve spoken with Rosie about helping me and I just couldn’t have gotten a nicer or more knowledgeable person. I feel so secure with this company after that. I’d say overlook the bad reviews from the past and give this store a try. Rosie and Susie are great, and the product is second to none. Bless you Rosie, what a special person you are that they are lucky to have. And she said the words logical and zen on the same call, how could you not LOVE that
Susan at the Corte Madera store took amazing care of my father while helping him find the right lift recliner for his needs. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. The chair looks great and is working perfectly for him. Thank you, Susan, for the outstanding service!
