I am writing to share the wonderful experience I had with my hearing aid specialist, Michael. My recent visit was a significant improvement over my experience at this location last year with a different specialist.

Michael spent a significant amount of time making adjustments and exploring different options with me. The thorough testing and personalized adjustments he provided were missing when I originally purchased my hearing aids through Hearing Life. As a relatively new wearer, I now realize how vital it is to have a specialist who prioritizes both sound quality and proper fit. Michael is truly an asset to your team.

I came into Hearing Life with a broken hearing aid and left with a repaired hearing aid, a free hearing test, and my hearing aids recalibrated to my new normal. Michael Abunda, my hearing aid provider, couldn't have been more personable or more competent.

Michael Abunda was terrific. Our regular doctor does not work on Fridays. The clinic had an appointment open for the same day and after talking to us and checking our audio charts he reprogrammed the hearing aid so we could have a normal weekend
