This was my 7th dermatologist I have seen in the last three years. I felt heard and I felt seen by both the nurse and the doctor which is HUGE to me. The last dermatologist was good too but I changed insurance recently. I can't tell you what a great feeling it is to realize the the doctor's you speak with are actually listening and asking questions to get more information from me. I felt good from the moment I met the nurse. She was very good at putting me at ease. And the doctor was amazing. Thank you for knowing that patients can be of help to a doctor/nurse. I have found that is not always the case in the medical field.

I was raised on FL beaches, have lived in Southern CA for the past 40 years, and run marathons. The sun and I are good friends. Until seven years ago, I would go to a dermatologist and they would just want to freeze a spot off with liquid nitrogen. They would look at a spot I was concerned about, but not do a body exam. :(

I am so incredibly happy I found Dr. Pelle. I’ve been dealing with HS and not really knowing what to do and feeling a bit hopeless. She is an expert and after 1 appointment I feel like I have a plan and have full faith and trust in her. I hope someone finds this I’ve they were in a similar situation and schedules a visit. 11/10
