About The Draft Sports Complex
The Draft Sports Complex is a multi-sport facility that offers a large court area for baseball, volleyball, and basketball. It has multiple courts for each sport, with the basketball backboard being adjustable to provide more floor space. However, there have been complaints about the lack of sufficient restrooms, high admission and parking fees, and the absence of scoreboards on the TVs. Despite these issues, Pipeline Volleyball Club appreciates the complex for providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for athletes to grow and compete in volleyball. The complex can be quite loud and may not have HVAC or insulation, which could make it hot during summer tournaments. Court numbering is also not very clear. Overall, it is a decent sports complex with room for improvement.
They charge you 20.00 for parking, cash only and you can't leave ot you pay again. So we sat there for 2 hours between games. Forces you to eat at the food trick for 18.00 a plate. It's extremely hot in the venue. Although they had fans up, didn't make much difference.
The parking is $20 cash! That is just to park your vehicle. Then you have to pay to get in, which that part, I do understand. Some people parked across the street at the food place, which if I was smarter, I should have done that and saved the $20 to go towards the entry fee.
The place is nice inside and it does have a lot of basketball courts with nets to prevent the balls from going into the other court. It is loud inside when the games are playing that you can barely hear the person you are sitting next to.
The bathrooms were alright but considering the price you pay to get in, they could have and should have been a lot cleaner, with more stalls to use.
