It was a culture shock to change gyms; at first I didn't like Chuz the staff is very friendly. They keep the gym clean and everyone wipes down the equipment. It's turned to be a decision to change

Went today. Been at 24 hr Eastvale for several years. Love Chuze. The employees are friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and the machines are in good working order. I’m switching to Chuze.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 4. I appreciate the owner response and find it satisfying to my situation. Most of my experience has been positive besides this particular day and hopefully going forward this type of thing won't happen and now I'm also aware of this policy.Original review: I had always had a great experience at this Chuze location so honestly I don't like having to leave a review like this but I feel uncomfortable with this mornings events. I always do the Team Training class on Saturday mornings. I had checked in, went and set my phone down in the team training room and then realized I forgot my heart rate monitor in the car.
