RT Plumbing is amazing! We had a leak around the bottom of our toilet! I called for an appt and they were able to make to the house in less than 24 hours of reaching out! Rene came out and assessed the situation and gave us an estimate! It was reasonable! He let us have an option of getting our own toilet or he could get one for us! We decided to get our own toilet so scheduled an appt for install the next day and they had availability! Rene explained he could not do it, but we would be in good hands with another technician! He was correct! Adam showed up the next day… He was on time and friendly! We had a new valve, install of a new toilet, and a water heater flush! He did all 3 things in a timely fashion! Adam was great! In addition to having a pleasant experience in person with RT plumbing, the person on the phone was also helpful and friendly on the phone! I would recommend this plumber to use for all your plumbing needs!

This by far was a pleasant and easy experience- hard to find in the world of service contractors. They arrived on time for each appointment. Explained all our options within budget, and went above and beyond with customer service. Tim was wonderful to work with. I pray we never need to make an emergency call for plumbing or HVAC but if we do, Tim will be the first and only call my family makes!
