“Christmas eve night 2025 water started pouring down from the top of a door jam--on an inside door. Francisco came out and quickly identified the problem area on the roof where the leak was. He took the time to carefully tarp that area, to prevent further damage. Then he coordinated the solar panel contractors to remove the panels, and the roofing crew to do the repair, and then to have the solar contractors re-install the panels. All work was done perfectly, on schedule, and for about half what I expected to pay. And, they even left us a dozen extra roof tiles--just in case we ever need them. This was a wonderful bonus, because two other roofing companies from previous jobs had told us these tiles are now impossible to get. American Highland Roofing is the only company we will use from now on.“

I was referred by a neighbor because of the way her skylights looked and because she was happy with the product and work. I contacted Franco and he returned my call within a day. He sent a crew member to look and measure the same week and provided me a quote a few days later. I decided to go with VELUX but because two of my skylights needed to be custom made, Franco informed me it was going to take about 6 - 8 weeks. I was willing to wait. On the installation day, Franco and two crew members showed up on time and they were very professional. It took two full days to install all three since the two big ones required a lot of work. What a big difference these new beautiful skylights made! They reduced outside noise significantly and when I woke up the next morning and came to the kitchen, I thought I had forgotten to turn the kitchen lights off... the new skylights made my kitchen look so much brighter!! I am more than pleased with the entire process and appreciate Franco's professionalism. I've already referred two neighbors and I know one of them is waiting for the skylights to be manufactured (unfortunately, the skylights in my community are not regular sizes and some have to be custom made). “Terrible, didn't repairs Roof and skylight, major leak that flooded kitchen floor and stove, leak in ceiling in bathroom and leak in bedroom. He abandoned me, took advantage of a senior citizens. I know he did lousy work at another job and they had to hire another roofer as I have to do now.. His bonding Insurance is gone. It required to have $15,000 minium bond insurance was already used up. 9 people could not get money for repairs, mine probably $10,000-15,0000 in repairs. Can't give him any Star in rating, but need to give one star to post review.“
