One of the best trainers I have had so far. Not only is this a private studio for you to work out in, it’s also equipped with tissues incase you feel the sudden urge to cry… not speaking from experience. Peter remains positive even when you’re at your lowest and providing sass as a result of working out. No matter where you are in your journey or what goals you have, Peter is there to support you. He isn’t looking to cut your food, over work you and have you obtain an unrealistic body image. He is a real human, expecting and supporting real results. His schedule can be complicated due to all of his regular clients, but he does do his best to accommodate.

I have degenerative disc issues in my lumbar and cervical spine, so finding someone who could tailor workouts safely was essential. Peter takes the time to adjust every exercise to my limitations while still helping me make real progress. I especially appreciate how focused he is on protecting my back and neck. Highly recommend him if you need a knowledgeable and attentive trainer.
