I am so brand new to yoga. I am so grateful I found this place. It's more mental for me. I was happy I learned new yoga poses on my first day and I wasn't bombarded with too much info. It's a small, charming, yoga studio with lots of parking and everything is simple and easy to find. I noticed myself after I did yoga- my whole day I was cool as a cucumber. And I talked to myself a little more nicer, too.

I love love JUST YOGA, Every teacher is so amazing. You feel warm and welcomed. They are knowledgeable. they teach you the correct positions for every pose. I am so glad I found just yoga!!!
