My cc on-file for auto payments toward monthly dues had expired, LA Fitness notified me re: the expired card which I promptly updated to pay my membership dues. THEN, the dinged me a late fee! I guess RIPOFF comes in many forms....

This is the best physical layout of a gym in the area, with a good amount of clean equipment. Points to note:1. An employee here used my credit card fraudulently and had the nerve to call me afterward to say it was an accident. I reported to the manager and he didn't apologize nor reassure me in the safety of my information. NOT OKAY. This employee no longer works here. This was about a year ago and that employee no longer works there.2. Staff are kind and much higher quality than in the past think.3. This gym is always packed. Equipment is clean but you won't get on it if you come after work hours.4. Hours are fine.5. You can only truly cancel through snail mail.
