Perfect Star responded promptly to a service request to evaluate a ceiling fan problem. While we were not happy with the result as the fan must be replaced, their performance was exemplary.
I received an email notification informing me the technician was in route. Upon arrival he explained the process then proceeded with the service. I was given an explanation of the results with photo documentation. Service was quick and thorough. I had the opportunity to sign up for a maintenance program which was less than 2 coupon services. I would recommend them for your service needs.
We had an appointment with Elvin Geronimo, the Project Manager for Perfect Star, to give an estimate for a heat pump installation. I was impressed with his attention to detail and methodical approach in making the estimate.
