Elvin came to provide an estimate on a new HVAC system. He was on time, professional, patient and explained in detail what was needed and why, provided numerous quotes giving options for my ultimate goal of adding for the first time AC. He gave a quote for complete new system, water heater and ductwork. He also gave quote without water heater, just ac and ductwork. Although everything was excellent my budget was cost prohibitive because I wanted to remodel kitchen and bathroom first. When I’m ready for HVAC system I will definitely hire Perfect Star.
