The North Valley Solar team was super professional, quick to respond to inquiry, and made the experience easy, simple and worry-free. I reached out to the team in October with plans of installing the system before the end of year cut-off for the federal rebate. The team was able to accommodate and get the system up and running by mid December.
The install process was easy, smooth and fast. They were in and out within a couple of hours. The team was super communicative about timing and expectations. The battery and panels were up with very little fuss and the team was on their way quickly after arrival.
I have been thinking about going solar for a long time and have had several people come by trying to sell me solar . Some from various solar companies and other people saying they could save me money by using various programs . DONT TRUST ANY OF THESE GUYS. My buddy Nate told me about North Valley Solar Power and introduced me to Jake who walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions , tons of questions . The installer even chatted with my kid about “making our own sunshine” — that moment sold me. Now our bills are down, the panels look great, and I wish I’d done it sooner. Highly recommend!
