Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have been to the Palo Alto location on several occasions and have had my kids phone repaired in a timely matter. I would recommend going this location.
Work was done quickly and Mo was professional. The charging port on my phone wasn’t working and he got it fixed.
I went in for a new phone screen and got a better price than at the other store I went to, as well as 50% off a new screen protector. While in the store, I decided to pick up a new mouse for my computer, but they only sold wireless. The owner then gave me a wired mouse he had on hand for free! It works great, and the screen repair was flawless as well.
