My hot tub heater stopped working. They sent over Nino, the same day. He completely took control of the situation. He completely solved the problem. He literally was here for 3 hours. He even noticed that my gas meter was not large enough ( confirmed by PG&E) and recommended we upgrade it to a larger one to accommodate all the stuff we have. Thanks aqua pool for saving the day. That hot tub is my wife's favorite!
These guys are good although they have some additional rates that get added on during summer and spring. Always on time and they do a good job maintaining the pool / hot tub. Make sure you know if you have bromine or chlorine and feel free to ask any questions because they are really helpful. Fortunately i learned how to maintain the hot tub myself but would definitely recommend them when starting out.
