“I just went to this location for my first Pap smear and I was sooo nervous but “Teodora” was really nice and professional, she reassured me about everything. Even the first nurse who I spoke with was great and listened to all my concerns. Only thing I didn’t like was that one of the staff opened the door while I was having my Pap smear and asked the lady a question and they made it seem so normal but that isn’t normal to me, I need privacy but maybe I’m just too conservative. It really made me feel uncomfortable tho but oh well they already saw me what can I do? Lol“

Office was really clean, accommodated my last minute day before appointment (and my 10 mins tardiness), very fast service, no waiting in the waiting room for long periods. Elisa was great and friendly bringing me to my rooms. And the best part was Sophia, the NP who took out my Nexplanon. I had the most traumatic experience last time I took it out. She took the utmost care of me and I literally did NOT feel a thing. My experience was COMPLETELY different taking it out this time around. My stress and anxiety was so high for weeks, I almost cried in the office even thinking about having to take it out. But I trusted her, and she was AMAZING. I won't let anyone else touch me if I ever decide to get it back in. 10/10 service“

“Don’t know why this has so many bad reviews! This was my first time at a planned parenthood and I actually walked in for an IUD placement on midday weekday. Everyone was so efficient, nice, the process was so quick and easy and I didn’t even have an appointment. Sam the PA is amazing and has incredible and professional bedside manner. Everyone was great. “This post is strictly for Dr.Steinberg, my mom and I have been his patients for over ten years. He is thorough, and makes sure all my questions are answered and referrals are made. He calls me personally to go over any lab results, and follows up with me about my care at specialists. If it wasn't for him I would have not received medication for my autoimmune disease ( which is not covered under medical/ insurance). I would say the wait time has tremendously improved. I expect wait times to be long because he serves a big population, if you have medical you know there is usually a wait. My wait time went from 2hrs to about 40minutes. I will tell you, he is worth the wait. As far as office staff, I have seen many come and go, and these ladies work hard, sometimes only one girl is there. I have never had any problems with them. Overall, I keep coming back for Dr. Steinberg. He truly cares about his patients, and is always trying to improve customer service.“
