Not sure what the people who left bad reviews are talking about. I felt more taken care of at this Planned Parenthood than I have in any doctor's office ever. They were kind and gentle, and they were very attending to my needs and feelings throughout my appointment.
I’ve had three appointments here and my care has always been top notch. I’ve seen multiple providers and all have been absolutely wonderful, empathetic, and always make sure you know it’s safe to advocate for yourself and your comfort.
I've been here before and always had a positive experience with the staff but this last time I went was different. The nurse who I initially saw had a bad attitude and made me feel super uncomfortable. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but you gotta learn to leave that stuff at the door, especially when you're dealing with people's health, especially sexual/reproductive health. People are already feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable.
